302. Deputy Patricia Ryan asked the Minister for Defence the person or body that made the decision to fill in the hollow next to Donnelly's Hollow; the reason no infill licence was applied for; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [31438/20]
Amharc ar fhreagraAs the Deputy has been previously informed, over three years ago Property Management Branch of my Department became aware that soil had been deposited at the lands referred to in the absence of the appropriate consent or sanction from the Department. As my Department is engaged in legal correspondence with Kildare County Council on the matter the Deputy will appreciate that it would be inappropriate to comment any further at this point in time.
