Deputy Dara Calleary asked the Minister for Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport and Media the number of approved applications under the Fáilte Ireland Covid-19 adaption grant as of 31 October 2020; the amount drawn down at that date; her plans for unspent funding in the scheme; and if she will make a statement on the matter. Amharc ar fhreagraThe administration of the Covid-19 Adaptation Grant scheme for tourism businesses is an operational matter for the Board and management of Fáilte Ireland. It should be noted that the scheme has just closed and assessments are ongoing and the use of any potentially unspent funds is subject to public financial management principles and procedures. I have referred the Deputy's question to Fáilte Ireland for further information and direct reply regarding the other operational details requested.
