357. Deputy Paul Donnelly asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the provisions in place for animal welfare charities that are not eligible to apply for funding given their donations have dropped considerably. [43909/20]
Amharc ar fhreagraAll registered animal welfare charities were eligible to apply for funding this year, and any new applicants are welcome to apply in 2021.
I will shortly announce record ex-gratia funding awards to animal welfare organisations throughout the country involved in protecting and caring for animals.
This support will make a great difference to the lives of Irish animals.
