For the purpose of this response, “social media platforms” has been interpreted as solely these and no other form of digital advertising.
My Department currently engages in organic social media posting on social media platforms, in order to connect members of the public with important issues in the transport sector. To date in 2020, there has been no expenditure associated with social media advertising, and currently there is no expenditure planned for 2021.
