Deputy Michael Lowry asked the Minister for Health the number of persons in County Tipperary who have been admitted to the department of psychiatry services in St. Luke's Hospital, Kilkenny since 2012; if all recommendations made by the European Committee for the Prevention of Torture and Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment report 2020 will be implemented at St. Luke's Hospital, Kilkenny; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
