92. Deputy Paul Donnelly asked the Minister for Transport the number of inspections for cabotage activity of foreign HGV operators carried out by the Road Safety Authority in each of the years of 2018 to 2020 and to date in 2021; and the number of prosecutions arising from such inspections.
