Deputy Catherine Murphy asked the Minister for Transport the number of full licence holders disqualified in court in 2018, 2019 and up to 31 October 2020; the agency responsible for informing these drivers in writing of the disqualification and of the requirement to surrender their licence to the RSA; the number of notification letters sent out by this agency each year; the number of drivers that returned their licence each year; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
