Deputy Cian O'Callaghan asked the Minister for Finance if the Ireland Strategic Investment Fund retains ownership when it invests in residential properties through third-party investment companies that sign long-term leases with State agencies, local authorities or approved housing bodies for properties at the end of the long-term lease; if a value-for-money analysis is being undertaken of these financing arrangements for providing social or affordable housing; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
