Deputy Thomas Gould asked the Minister for Health if his attention has been drawn to a situation in which communities in County Clare are finding one hit kit packages with needles; if he will instruct his Department to contact the relevant pharmacies to discuss the issue; and if funding is available for equipment and training for local community groups such as tidy towns to clean the needles up.
