Deputy Jennifer Carroll MacNeill asked the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage the terms of reference of the bathing waters expert group established within his Department; the number of times the group met in 2020 and to date in 2021; if approved minutes of all group meetings are publicly available; if so, the location from which they can be accessed; if the group has made a recommendation in relation to changing the bathing water season definition to 12 months from the current definition of 1 June to 15 September; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
