Amharc ar fhreagraThe issue of privacy, including online privacy, is a matter that concerns all of Government. However, the protection of personal data in terms of legislation and government policy does not fall under the remit of the Department of the Environment, Climate, and Communications. Rather it is a matter for my colleague the Minister for Justice and the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.
