Deputy Éamon Ó Cuív asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine when an application for conversion of possessory title to absolute submitted by legal representatives on behalf of a person (details supplied) in County Galway to the records branch of his Department in Cavan will be dealt with in view of the urgent need for the processing of this application to be finalised as it is impacting on the sale of a house; the reason for the delay in processing the application; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
