Amharc ar fhreagraThe eligibility criteria for the Results-based Environment-Agri Pilot (REAP) Project stated that anyone who had ever been approved into GLAS would not be eligible to participate in the project. This was published in the terms and conditions of the project full details of which are available on my Department's website.
As a result, the person named was ineligible for the scheme.
