Deputy Michael Ring asked the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage if a full and comprehensive response will be provided as to the reason a dealing which is in the Land Registry since June 2017 has not been processed in view of the difficulties which this is causing for the applicant; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
