250. Deputy Rose Conway-Walsh asked the Minister for Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science the total saving incurred in 2020 and the projected savings in 2021 as a result of backlogs in apprentices accessing off-the-job training due to the Sate paying less in allowances; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
