Deputy Carol Nolan asked the Minister for the Environment, Climate and Communications if personnel in his Department have been removed from their positions, have been transferred to another role or had their employment terminated from 2011 to date due to breaches of Departmental standards or professional misconduct or incompetence; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Amharc ar fhreagraThe Civil Service Code of Standards and Behaviour and the Ethics in Public Office Act 1995 set out clear expectations of the standards required for staff in their conduct and discharge of duties.
I can confirm that from 2011 to date, no staff member in my Department has been removed from their position or transferred to another role due to breaches of standards or professional misconduct or incompetence.
