Deputy Paul Murphy asked the Minister for Defence if his Department plans to appeal a decision in relation to the attached objection from his Department lodged against a development in Citywest which features a 13-storey building and has been granted permission by An Bord Pleanála; and if not, the reason given it is on the flight path used by SAR helicopters when ferrying patients to Tallaght Hospital from the west of the country.
