Deputy Ruairí Ó Murchú asked the Minister for Health the position regarding the EU Digital COVID Certificate in relation to Irish citizens who received one dose of vaccination in Ireland and a second dose of the same vaccination type approved for use in Ireland in a non-EU Country; the process by which these citizens can obtain an EU Digital COVID Certificate; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
