Deputy Seán Crowe asked the Minister for Health if the record of a person (details supplied) who was diagnosed with autism in 2017 is in the possession of the HSE; the reason the parents of the child have been informed that there is no record of the child; and if it is the case, the effect that this will have on the access of the child to therapy.
