Deputy John McGuinness asked the Minister for Education if appropriate non-negligence insurance was put in place by her Department relative to a matter (details supplied); if her Department will now deal with the serious subsidence issues along the boundary in which construction of a retaining wall and back-fill took place; if her Department will inspect the property; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
