Deputy Róisín Shortall asked the Minister for Health if a funding application has been received by his Department for the appointment of the four outstanding epilepsy nurse specialist posts committed to as part of the 2018 Valproate Response Project (details supplied); when a decision will be made on this application; if the application will be expedited given the urgent need for these posts; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
