Deputy Joe Carey asked the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage when he will publish the qualifying criteria associated with the new €50 million funding scheme recently announce at targeting the wastewater collection and treatment needs of villages and settlements without access to public wastewater services; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
