Deputy Thomas Pringle asked the Minister for Health further to his email response to this Deputy regarding ophthalmic services in University Hospital Limerick (details supplied) if the funding for a Donegal based primary care consultant medical ophthalmologist is ring-fenced; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
