195. Deputy Catherine Murphy asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment the annual cost of cleaning and sanitising roofs of buildings under his Department’s control for the past five years to date in 2022. [25585/22]
Amharc ar fhreagraMy Department and its Offices are tenants in eleven buildings provided by the Office of Public Works (OPW) given their responsibility for management of the property portfolio for central Government. The buildings are either State owned or leased by the OPW. Typically the Department is a tenant in shared accommodation, either with other Government Departments, public bodies or the private sector. The maintenance of the fabric of each of the buildings, including roofs, falls to the OPW to oversee. The data being sought by the Deputy is therefore a matter for the OPW.
