279. Deputy John Brady asked the Minister for Education the current status of a site acquisition for a new school building for a school (details supplied); the stage that matters are at with purchasing the site; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [25516/22]

The conveyancing stage of the acquisition process is ongoing for the site referred to by the Deputy. Draft contracts have been exchanged. It is expected that conveyancing will conclude shortly.
