Deputy Michael McNamara asked the Minister for Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science the reason that a cheque for €90 that was drawn on the account of an employee of Solas (details supplied) and their spouse was sent to a Safe Pass tutor; the reason that Solas has not refunded the amount to the Safe Pass tutor; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
