670. Deputy Patrick Costello asked the Minister for Health if there is any process whereby a person can reclaim the cost of medication which has now been reimbursed by the HSE (details supplied); and if he will make a statement on the matter. [26406/22]
Amharc ar fhreagraAs the Health Service Executive (HSE) has statutory responsibility for decisions on pricing and reimbursement of medicines, in accordance with the Health (Pricing and Supply of Medical Goods) Act 2013, I have asked the HSE to respond to the Deputy directly, as soon as possible.
