1510. Deputy Albert Dolan asked the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage the amount estate agents are paid in commission or fees for selling homes under affordable housing schemes funded by the State. [42052/25]

In relation to the Local Authority Affordable Purchase Scheme (LAAPS), in line with Part 2 of the Affordable Housing Act 2021 the administration of affordable housing schemes under LAAPS is a matter for the local authority concerned who will have the specific information sought in relation to any fees by estate agents which have arisen in relation to a particular scheme.
