The Lord Mayor of Belfast, Deirdre Hargey, addressed Seanad Éireann yesterday.
The Lord Mayor’s visit was on foot of an invitation from Seanad Éireann. Under Seanad Éireann procedures, people from public and civic society may be invited to address the House on specific issues.
