Ceann Comahirle Seán Barrett, TD welcomes correspondence from Deputy Michael Healy-Rae which commits to making a payment of €2,600 in relation to the cost incurred by telephone calls make to a premium rate line in 2007.
“However, I still intend raising the matter at the meeting of the Committee on Procedures and Privileges next week as it is important to avoid an occurrence of this kind of misuse in the future.”
