27 Beal 2025, 12:44

The Joint Committee on Transport and Communications will meet tomorrow, Wednesday, 28th May 2025 with representatives from the National Transport Authority at 10am in Committee Room 4 of Leinster House.

Committee Cathaoirleach Deputy Michael Murphy TD said “Our Committee welcomes representatives from the National Transport Authority to tomorrow’s meeting. The NTA is tasked with connecting Ireland’s people and places by providing sustainable transport infrastructure and services and is the national body for public transport and taxi regulation.

“The Committee looks forward to our initial engagement tomorrow and to future meetings with the NTA in order to continue the well-established relationship in analysing and dealing with transport issues. This opportunity will allow us to discuss both their current initiatives and their plans to connect the whole of Ireland with sustainable transport.”

The Committee meeting can be viewed live on Oireachtas TV.
