Agriculture appeals (amendment) Bill

In considering this proposed legislation, which amends legislation providing an independent appeals service for farmers who are dissatisfied with decisions made by the Department relating to their participation in schemes, the Committee recommends changes members and the format of review panels.

 

 

 

Travel Report | Brussels

The Committee reports on a visit to Brussels, where Members met Commissioner Mairead McGuinness and members of the European Parliament. Members also had discussions with Mr. Virginijus Sinkevičius, Commissioner for the Environment, Oceans and Fisheries, and Ms Elena Montani, member of cabinet of the Commissioner.
