I second the motion.
I propose:—"That pending the report of the Ports and Harbours Tribunal the consideration of this Bill be adjourned until Wednesday, 8th August, 1928, or if the Seanad be not sitting on that day, to the next day thereafter on which the Seanad shall so sit." It is clearly better that until the Report of this Tribunal is received consideration of this Bill be not proceeded with.
