Before the Minister for Justice moves his Vote, I just wish to say that it was agreed at the meeting of the Party Whips the other day that the Estimate for the Department of Posts and Telegraphs should be deferred. I observe from the Order Paper that it is likely to be taken early. If it is not any inconvenience to the President or the Executive Council I should prefer to have the Vote for that Department taken at a later date.
