On the Order of Bussiness, as I suggested yesterday——
Order of Bussiness.
The Order of Business has been settled.
——this very important debate has now only 20 minutes to run and a number of Deputies who should have been able to speak——
The Chair has no control over the length of time taken by Deputies to speak.
This is what I suggested yesterday would happen. Would the Taoiseach——
I am not prepared to agree to any extension of the time.
The Taoiseach insists on guillotining this most important discussion.
The House has agreed to adjourn at 5 p.m.
Surely if in a House two Deputies disagree with the rest, they should be given an opportunity to state their view?
The Taoiseach said that every Deputy has the same rights and I am trying to ensure that they have.
If the Deputy had been here this morning, he could have established his rights.
I was here this morning.
The Deputy was not here when the Order of Business was fixed.
I was here yesterday.
Fifty per cent. of the Deputy's Party has already spoken.
The Taoiseach can take it he will hear from me in a way he will not like.
