Vol. 245 No. 6

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Mountain Sheep Subsidy.

23.

asked the Minister for Agriculture and Fisheries if he will make arrangements to have the mountain sheep subsidy scheme payments made to flock owners in the Wexford, Carlow and Kildare areas.

There are only eight claims outstanding from applicants at centres in Counties Carlow and Wexford and these are being investigated. The schemes do not apply in County Kildare nor are there any claims outstanding for applicants with addresses in that county.
