Standard Time (Amendment) Bill, 1971: First Stage.
Leave granted to introduce a Bill entitled an Act to provide for a period which shall be known as winter time and during which the time for general purposes in the State shall be Greenwich mean time, and to provide for other matters connected with the matter aforesaid.
