Vol. 263 No. 7

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Dental School.

93.

asked the Minister for Education if he is satisfied that one dental school is not sufficient in this country; and, if so, what action he proposes taking in the matter.

This is one of the matters referred to in the recent Report of the Higher Education Authority on University Reorganisation. I have sought the views of all interested parties on the recommendations contained in this report. Pending the receipt of these views, the subsequent full consideration of them and the making of decisions by the Government I am not in a position to make a statement in relation to any of the questions involved.
