Would the House agree to allow the normal sequence of questions to be interrupted to enable the Minister for Foreign Affairs to answer questions at 3.30 p.m.? He anticipates that if he takes the questions in the order on the paper he will not be able to reply to the debate in the Seanad in which he is involved.
