A Cheann Comhairle, I beg leave to announce, for the information of the Dáil, that on my recommendation, the Government on 24 July 1981 appointed Deputy Mary Flaherty, Minister of State at the Department of Social Welfare, to be Minister of State at the Department of Health also.
