asked the Minister for Health the present position in relation to the building of the new hospital at Tallaght, County Dublin.

The Tallaght Hospital Board, which have responsibility for planning, building and equipping a new general hospital at Tallaght, were established in March 1981. The specialties and bed numbers to be provided at the new hospital have been agreed and the board are now preparing the planning brief for the project.
