I should like to ask the Taoiseach what the position is regarding the local radio Bill which was promised by him on 22 March and by the Minister for Communications on 29 November.

What is shortly? It was on 22 March and it was a few weeks on 29 November and now it is to be shortly again. Has the Bill been passed in the Cabinet or are they divided on it?
