Evidence of planning permission for a septic tank has twice been requested from the applicant but has not been provided. Neither has notification of completion of work been received in the Department.

(Limerick West) asked the Minister for the Environment when a new house grant and an increase of a new house grant will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Limerick.
Where a house is built otherwise than under contract, a £2,000 grant is paid where the house was not substantially completed by 1 May 1985. The applicant has been requested to submit evidence in support of his claim for the increased grant.
