Question:337 Mrs. Taylor-Quinn asked the Minister for the Environment when the contract documents for a sewerage scheme (details supplied) in County Clare will be sanctioned; and the reason for the delay in this case.
Written Answers. - County Clare Sewerage Scheme.
There has been no delay in dealing with this scheme in my Department. Clare County Council have yet to confirm that all the necessary preliminary arrangements have been completed and until this confirmation is received, the question of approving the contract documents does not arise.
