99 Mr. Farrelly asked the Minister for Education if she will review the position relating to an appointment of a teacher (details supplied) to a school (details supplied) in County Meath; and if she will make a statement on the matter.

The question as to whether the 13th assistant teacher post in the school referred to by the Deputy can be made permanent is under consideration in my Department at present. A decision will be conveyed to the school authorities as soon as possible.
