152 Mr. J. Bruton asked the Minister for Finance if he will outline the terms of reference of the environmental impact study which is being carried out on the proposed interpretative centre for the megalithic centre in the Boyne Valley.
The scope of the study includes examination of impacts under the headings: description of the project and alternatives, assessment of the proposed development in relation to planning/environmental/ cultural criteria, visual landscape analysis, ecology and wildlife, effluent/hydrology, archaeology, traffic, socio-economic/ land use, construction, interaction of impacts and summary of mitigation measures.
