Donegal County Council have recommended that the Rath/Lismenton group scheme should be linked to the Ballymagroarty group scheme. My Department have asked for an alternative to this proposal to be considered and a response is awaited. It is not possible to indicate at this time when the Rath/Lismenton scheme may be approved.
