122 Mr. Deasy asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry when the balance of payment of the suckler cow premium, beef premium and area aid for disadvantaged areas will be made to a person (details supplied) in County Waterford.
The person named was paid an advance of his 1993 suckler cow premium on 4 December 1993 and the balance is being paid today. He was paid an advance of his 1993 cattle headage grant on 29 November 1993 and payment of the balance was made on 16 February 1994. He was paid an advance of his June 1993 special beef premium on 23 February 1994 and payment of the balance will be made as soon as possible.
