Simplification of Procedures for the Recovery of Maintenance Payments Convention: Motion.

I move:

That Dáil Éireann approves the terms of the Convention between the Member States of the European Communities on the Simplification of Procedures for the Recovery of Maintenance Payments done at Rome on the 6th day of November, 1990, a copy of which was laid before Dáil Éireann on 6 October, 1995."
