Written Answers. - Child Cruelty Case.
As the Minister for Health explained to the House on 25 May last in reply to the previous parliamentary question regarding this case, the chief executive officer of the Western Health Board has appointed an independent team to report to him on that board's involvement with the child and her family. The publication of the report is accordingly a matter for the Western Health Board, in consultation with its legal advisers. I understand that the inquiry team has completed its deliberations and that its report is being finalised.
